The Brescia Opera Festival has reached its nineth edition and next year will take place during the day of Saturday, June 6th, 2020. The Opera Festival is an event that celebrates the Opera as a product of national excellence that every year leaves the Theatre to meet the general public: a 24 hours non-stop of events and concerts that take place in several places in the historic center of Brescia. An excellent opportunity to visit the important artistic heritage of the city that will amaze the visitor.

Arrival of participants and accommodation at the hotel. Then meeting at Piazza Paolo VI for a guided tour of the historic center of the city through the main squares where there are monuments that characterize its historical-artistic face. Continue with a visit to the museum of Santa Giulia, set up in a monastic complex built in the 8th century by the last Lombard king Desiderio. The museum, a UNESCO site, houses the Domus dell'Ortaglia, two splendid Roman houses brought to light in 2000 and a collection of works of art dating back to different historical periods including the famous Winged Victory, symbol of the city, and the Cross of Desire, a masterpiece of medieval jewellery. Free lunch. Afternoon at disposal to discover and participate in concerts and operatic events included in the program of the Opera Festival. Dinner in a typical restaurant. Overnight stay.

Breakfast at the hotel. Free time available for further visits of the city, among which we suggest a walk to the beautiful city castle or to the Pinacoteca Tosio Martinengo, which houses an important collection of works of art by authors such as Raphael, Savoldo, Foppa, Moretto. Departure for the return.
